Reporting to Assistant Administrative Manager, you will be supporting in:

  • all aspects of local day-to-day operations administration and communication in ensuring smooth running of operations department

Administrative Function

  • Provide administrative support to daily retail admin operations, procurement of stationeries for department and outlets
  • Responsible for sending out a randomly generated audit date for the IC audit at store.
  • Alongside Retail Admin Service Team, work through the whole process of monthly Letter of Forfeiture.
  • Performs and process the purchase order in Medius and/or Navision and get approval.
  • Act as a coordinator between Maxi-Cash outlets and subcon for Value Added Service which includes jewellery alterations, repair, modification, resizing, re-plating etc.
  • Key liaison person for outlet to submit excess cash bank in slip to Finance team.
  • Responsible for RFID Tag requisition from HQ & Outlets and arrange delivery
  • Singtel / SP & Seraya – fibre renewal, billing issue / giro, new application/termination, technical issue
  • Town Council / BCA – Billing issue / giro, termination, new application


System Support

  • Responsible to filter the unredeemed pledges by Gold / Jewellery, Bags & Watches.
  • Forward the summary report of unredeemed bags and watches to RMD team for the input of selling price.
  • Generate summary and disposal invoice of unredeemed report and pledges to RMD and MCR team.
  • Performs ad-hoc checks for tallying of MCG invoices with the sales figures.  Checks include: Correct tagging, correct gold price, correct values entered, etc.
  • Provide feedback to the affected stores whenever there is a mistake spotted.
