A creative and energetic individual, she/he will work together with the team to inspire and motivate the
team towards commercial and marketing goals. This role will stretch across several marketing functions
within the business with the objective of creating successful brand marketing campaigns.
Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager and working closely with the Business Director and
Marketing Managers, the right candidate must be able to manage the day-to-day marketing activities of
the business and develop a long-term marketing strategy for the company. As luxe retail brands with mass
appeal, both brands have a wealth of creative marketing output, both digitally and in-stores. A refined,
creative eye is a must and ability to conceptualise exciting campaigns and brand highlights, analyse data
and ROI together with cross function teams and agencies, manage assigned budgets and day-to-day brand
and tactical marketing duties.
Working closely with Merchandising and Creative Design Teams, the Assistant Manager must be savvy
with marketing solutions and strategies keeping the target customers in mind.
Job responsibilities will include:
• As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting Lee Hwa and Goldheart
Jewelry PR communication, consumer events and tactical activities, creating content for brand
awareness and engagement campaigns, managing the entity’s social media presence, and
monitoring competitors’ landscape to enhance competitive edge. Identify and manage strategic
brand partnerships - approach and handle meaningful relationships while upholding brand
positioning.
• You will work closely with Marketing Managers & the executives on day to day and monthly
campaigns and activities to engage key target audiences
• Develop clear, compelling, and effective copy for both online and offline channels (web/digital,
social media, videos/reels, newsletters/blogs, print and digital ads, presentations, brochures,
posters, etc.)
• Co-manage and maintain growth of social media strategy and calendar, creating and writing
compelling content and evaluating advertising/boosting campaigns
• In charge of PR & Media communication duties including the creation and distribution of internal
and external communication materials including crisis communication. Lead & assist the
management of PR campaigns and activities while keeping finger on pulse with KOL outreach,
social media influencers, stylists and media owners.
Monitor & co-lead online content and reputation across multiple platforms including IG, FB, XHS,
Tik Tok and more
• Aid in the execution of multi-channel campaigns to support the Go-To-Market strategy
• May participate in meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain
approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new
developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines
• Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned
