ASSISTANT SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full cycle of sales & marketing activities of development projects.
• Work closely with various vendors to ensure deliverables are achieved according to contract/ engagement of services e.g. media vendors, creative agencies, marketing agencies.
• Handle content marketing, advertising and social media in marketing strategies and campaign
• Assist in sales and related documentations with with solicitors, property agents and related parties
• Assist to prepare weekly sales & marketing report to Management
• Collect and analyze market data on competitors and projects
• Perform real estate feasibility studies and provide recommendations to the Management.
• Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Degree/ Diploma in Marketing, Real Estate Management or Business Management.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing
3. Strong in Microsoft Office application, especially in Excel  and powerpoint
4. Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
5. Possess excellent interpersonal and written skills.
6. Candidates with experience working in property company preferred.
7. Able to travel periodically.
