ASSURANCE CONTROL EXECUTIVE

1. Data Analysis: Assist in preparing and analysing monthly loan book data, contributing valuable insights to the business.

2. Regulatory Reporting: Ensure timely submission of reporting to Ministry of Law, inclusive of monthly returns (Form D), semi-annual returns and Cash Transaction Reports (CTR).

3. Police Enquiries: Manage a comprehensive list of police enquiries, ensuring all communications are handled efficiently and professionally.

4. Licensing Management: Oversee business licenses for both pawnbroking and retail operations, including new applications, adjustments, renewals, and closures.

5. Compliance Review & Awareness: Conduct periodic reviews of pawnbroking and retail operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations. Promote risk and compliance awareness across the team.

6. Regulatory Updates: Stay abreast of recent regulation changes, ensuring the company remains compliant with evolving legal requirements. This includes monitoring industry updates and recommending adjustments to business practices when necessary.
