We are looking for a one-year contract business process analyst to join our team. You will meet with internal clients to identify and discuss key business areas and processes that require improvement. Subsequent duties include analysing existing processes, interviewing staff, gathering data, and creating new business strategies in line with client expectations. 

To ensure success as a business process analyst, you should have detailed knowledge of business workflows, excellent communication skills, and a highly adaptable approach.  



  • Meeting with internal stakeholders to conduct an in-depth analysis of business operations processes. 

  • Conducting site visits to understand and document existing processes and workflow. 

  • Interviewing staff and management to determine the efficacy of personnel. 

  • Identify and evaluate potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks in business processes and propose an effective solution. 

  • Designing workflow and process strategies to improve business performance. 

  • Provide recommendations based on analysis and insights to drive process improvements, cost reduction, and system/ application enhancement. 

  • Creating and presenting process reports for management approval. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. 



  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, or similar. 

  • 7+ years' experience as a process analyst. 

  • Plus point if familiar with retail operations 

  • Proven portfolio of completed projects. 

  • Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.  

  • Detailed knowledge of workflow and process control software. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.  

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships.  

  • Experience with team management. 

  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. 

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
