This position handles the execution of Lee Hwa Jewellery marketing activities for both offline and online sales channels. The offline sales channel drives revenue through the sales of gold, jewellery & gem products in all physical boutiques while the online sales channels drive revenue through the sales of gold, jewellery & gem products on all ecommerce platforms. This position reports to the Senior Marketing Executive for marketing activities pertaining to offline sales channel and the Marketing Manager pertaining to online sales channel.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

The marketing responsibilities for sales fall within 3 categories in customer acquisition:

1. Marketing Plan

2. Campaign Planning

3. Sales Process

The Marketing Executive has to use marketing tools to perform all marketing activities under above categories.

 

This position has to perform customer acquisition for online & offline platforms through below responsibilities:

  • Work closely with in-house designers to develop marketing collaterals to support offline & online sales growth
  • ⁠Work closely with the operations and merchandising team to provide marketing materials and tactical promotional support
  • Execute branding initiatives, events and seasonal campaigns to support offline & online sales growth
  • Execute marketing plan to retain customers via website, Shopee, Lazada, platforms' maintenance and content management with the assistance of agencies
  • Execute campaign planning in search engine optimisation & advertising with the assistance of agencies
  • Execute campaign planning in online advertising with the assistance of agencies
  • Execute campaign planning in social media via design & copy with the assistance of both in-house creative team & agencies
  • Execute campaign planning in email marketing via customer relationship management application

 

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in marketing, business or related field
  • Fresh polytechnic graduates or with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience will be considered
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
