MERCHANDISING EXECUTIVE

Reporting to Merchandising Manager, you will be supporting in:

• all aspects of merchandising, including merchandising planning and processes, budgeting and sourcing, design of work processes, as well as implementation of a corporate merchandising management model to support future growth.
• Leading un-redeemed team to achieve excellence in merchandising through strong leadership, visionary planning, active involvement, and effective implementation.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer and ensure an effective, efficient and structured inventory management and pre-owned stock processes and procedures

• Oversee and plan un-redeemed process
• Identify and segregate the gold pledges for resale (including cleaning and repair) or scrap
• Responsible for gold refurbishment account and activities, ensuring stocks are returned timely for distribution to stores
• Itemising all stocks that are for re-sale
• Ensure timely transfer of re-sale stocks to pre-owned team
• Cash flow forecast and management
• Study market’s demands and trends of gold stocks
• Ensure business continuity by training backup or engage outsource services to support
• Provide training and supervise un-redeemed team
• Assist with other merchandising-related activities
