Marketing Executive (Digital Marketing & e-Commerce)

In this role, you will support the Marketing Manager in driving digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives across our brand website and key marketplace platforms. From campaign planning to execution, optimization, and performance analysis, you’ll play a key part in enhancing our online presence and customer experience. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business strategies and timelines.

Job Description

  • Plan and executive weekly digital marketing campaigns across brand.com and marketplaces to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Assist in managing a range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, CRM, Social Media, Mobile, Display, etc.).

  • Ensure campaign messages and visuals are consistently updated across websites, mobile apps and CRM systems.

  • Coordinate content production such as product photoshoots, digital imaging, video creation and artwork development for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Lazada and Shopee.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to support continuous improvement of digital strategies

  • Stay current with the latest digital trends, tools and technologies, and assess their relevance for the business.

  • Work with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for all e-commerce channels.

  • Guide the fulfillment team in handling customer queries related to order status, returns/exchanges, feedback and general inquiries.

  • Track and report on e-commerce sales performance, providing insights and recommendations based on data and shopper behaviour.

  • Liaise with marketplace account managers for campaign planning, submissions, artwork coordination, and other operational tasks.

     

Job Requirements

  • Preferably with B2C or agency marketing experience. Fresh graduates with relevant digital marketing internship experience are welcome to apply.

  • Familiarity with digital and traditional marketing concepts is an advantage, including exposure to tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, CRM platforms, website and content management systems, and e-commerce marketplaces.

  • Preferably from a retail background.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with an interest in learning from data and consumer behaviour.

  • A self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Keen interest in social media trends and content creation.
