The Sales Advisor is essential in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales objectives. This role requires a strong focus on customer engagement, product knowledge, and the ability to execute sales transactions effectively. Sales Advisor is also responsible for maintaining store aesthetics and supporting administrative duties to ensure operational excellence. This role significantly contributes to sales targets, brand’s commitment to quality and customer loyalty.
Deliver Service Excellence

- Provide after sales services.
Perform Sales, Trade-in and Loan Transactions
- Assess and negotiate the value of trade-in and sales, in according to company’s guidelines.
- Clearly communicate policies related to sales and trade-in transactions to customers, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Conduct sales of diverse merchandise, including gold, jewellery, branded watches, and leather goods.
- Perform sales, trade-in and loan transactions effectively, including handling cash, credit, and other payment forms according to company policies.
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
Stock Inventory and Visual Merchandise
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, including features, benefits, and availability.
- Assist in maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are attractively displayed.
- Support inventory management tasks, such as stock checks and replenishment, to ensure product availability.
Administration
- Assist in stock handling, stock-taking, and documentation.
- Assist with simple ordering and procurement for the store including stationery and pantry supplies.
- Contact customers about expiring loan tickets.
Tools and Equipment Proficiency
- Operate all tools and equipment required for the job, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in sales and valuations.
Training
- Attend comprehensive training programs, including obtaining tool and equipment certification, to refine skills and adhere to operational standards.
