SENIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE

1) Responsible for the preparation of Group consolidation

2) Preparation of monthly full set of accounts for investment holding entities

3) Preparation of annual audited financial statement and XBRL filing

4)Liaise with both internal and external parties including bankers, auditors, tax agents and company secretariat agents

5) Liaise with the corporate secretary on statutory reporting

6) Any other duties as assigned
