WORKDAY IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

Job Description

A detail-oriented professional to lead the data, reporting, and analytics workstream for the Workday implementation. This role works closely with HR, Finance, IT teams, and the Workday implementation consultant, and assists the Project Implementation Lead to ensure the solution meets business needs and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assist the Workday Implementation Lead in coordinating implementation activities and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to gather reporting and analytics requirements, validate configurations, and manage data impacts.
• Consultant Coordination: Work closely with the Workday implementation partner to review designs, test configurations, and resolve data/reporting issues.
• Data & Reporting Management: Translate business processes into reporting requirements; design, build, and validate Workday reports and dashboards.
• Testing & Validation: Lead data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution for reports and analytics.
• Change Management Support: Assist with communication, training, and adoption strategies related to reporting and analytics.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Coordinate data and reporting stabilization, monitor performance, and manage enhancement requests
